About Recommended Fixes

A full scan surfaces a lot. Recommended Fixes collects every improvement from every report — content, citations, brand — deduplicates them, and puts them in one prioritized list, so the findings never turn into a pile.

Every fix is placed on an effort-versus-impact grid: Quick Wins (easy + high impact), Major Projects (hard + high impact), Fill-ins (easy + lower impact), and Deprioritise (hard + low impact — labeled so you don't waste weeks there). Filter by priority, from critical to low, or by category.

Each fix explains what to do and why it helps in plain English — and the list feeds your Playbook, where the work gets owners, due dates, and verified completion. You also see What We Checked: the signals already in place, so you know what's working, not just what's broken.

!
Example

Perception found weak trust. E-E-A-T found no named experts. Citations found three missing directories. Instead of three separate to-do lists, Recommended Fixes hands you one queue — the biggest wins first, the fastest wins flagged, and each one grounded in your actual scan.

Prioritization that respects your time

Start with the Quick Wins
Easy + high impact — claim-your-listing, fix-your-meta fixes that move the score and are done in an afternoon.
Skip what isn't worth it
The Deprioritise quadrant labels hard, low-impact work for what it is — so you never burn weeks on the wrong thing.

You can't do everything at once. Recommended Fixes makes sure you never have to wonder what's next.

How you use it

One queue, worked top to bottom.

If you start at the top
the highest-impact fix comes first — grounded in a real finding, with the lift it unlocks made explicit.
If you grab the quick wins
knock out the flagged fast, high-return items to move the score today while the bigger work is planned.
If you send it to the Playbook
turn any fix into a tracked task with an owner and points — then rescan and watch the number move.

The goal is to remove the guesswork — so you always know the single most valuable thing to fix next, and never waste effort on work that won't move the score.
